Western Title has invested time in developing and growing its reverse mortgage division. Experienced attorneys and title examiners assist with title curative matters. We also developed and accumulated a network of mobile notaries specialized in reverse mortgage closings to close these sometimes sensitive transactions. Western Title is aware that these transactions involve multi-generations and can sometimes be sensitive. REO / Foreclosure
Western Title has assisted lenders with foreclosures and REO transactions for many years. Our staff is experienced and professional going beyond the mere closing of the transaction. We work closely with asset managers to assist with curing any pre-closing issues that may arise, such as tax delinquencies, utility liens, or similar matters. Our goal is to timely close your transaction and to remove the property from the bank’s books.

Western Title’s staff has processed lender transactions for over 22 years. Whether its a rate and term, equity, reverse mortgage, or Title I loan, our knowledgeable staff can professionally and efficiently process your transaction. With a compartmentalized processing center, our closers and staff members are always available to answer your questions, even at month-end. We do not pigeon hole our staff to one customer one team. At month-end, this allows you to continue to focus on closing loans. Our staff has access to all files and can easily provide status updates and scheduling requests.
